I have been involved in the process of buying, selling, managing and appraising property for over 30 years. I started in residential and land real estate and then decided to specialize in investments and commercial properties, dealing with cash flows, rates of return and properties that generate income. I have successfully completed the most comprehensive and demanding CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) classes of which, there are five with over 300 hours of commercial study.
